No, a quotation does not confirm your booking. Your booking is confirmed once we receive a booking deposit or the full balance.
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of our terms and conditions.
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling.
If an error occurs, we will inform the customer accordingly and allow them to decide whether to proceed or cancel the order.
Hire Equipment, Damages & Security Deposits
All materials left on-site are owned by the client unless your booking includes hire equipment.
Once we have left your venue, we are no longer responsible for any damage, loss, or any other issues.
We do not recommend relocating any displays we create.
Yes, a separate security deposit is required for all equipment hired. The deposit will be returned upon safe arrival of the equipment after your event.
A daily charge of £5.00 will be deducted from your security deposit for up to 7 days. If the equipment is not returned within 7 days, you will lose all of your security deposit and will be invoiced for the balance cost of the equipment not returned.
Collection may be possible but must be booked in advance and will incur a charge depending on the mileage.
Damage to the equipment may result in partial or full loss of your security deposit.
If access is denied, there is a risk that your decorations will not be completed. No refund will be given in such cases.
Once your booking is confirmed, we will inform you of the minimum time required on-site. Please ensure the venue is aware to avoid any delays.
You must advise us of any access or parking restrictions at your requested delivery address at the time of booking.
Balloons must be removed from the balloon bags immediately as this can significantly reduce the float time.
Yes, all balloons are quality checked prior to collection or delivery.
Once the balloons are handed over to the customer, The Balloon Bar Kent is no longer liable for any damage, bursts, or loss of any kind.
